Simple steak salad nite!

Howdy folks...again good to be home! Played all day on the performer,caught up on some laundry and pre-season football and finally got to watch the hunger games all the way thru!

Made a pizza (garlic chicken Alfredo ) for lunch!

Seasoned a old but new to me skillet!

Then dinner... S&P on the tri tip strips!

At the turn...little brown butter waiting to brush on the meat!

After a bit moved to the back!

Add some bread in foil!

All plated up with salad and a balsamic dressing!

Have a great nite and good labor day!!!
