I did not intend to post this cook but the steaks were some of the best I've ever grilled.
Two thick Costco Sirloin steaks, very heavily seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Counter sat for 1 hr., then 90% of the seasoning scraped off, dried well with paper towels, lightly oiled, and grilled indirect to 110 degrees, and reversed seared to medium rare.
My wife, son and I loved them, very tender, juicy, & great beef taste.
Pinto beans, fried taters, and cornbread for tonight's supper. Giving the grill a night off
Note: This should work well on thinner steaks, but less MSS may need to be used.
