Simple popper

A friend served me this kind of jalapeño popper the other week.
I liked it a lot and it was really simple to make but that didn’t stop her from asking me to help :).

Cut a jalapeño in half length ways and spoon out the guts.
Fill with cream cheese, 2 large shrimp and wrap with bacon.
Smoke at 250f until done.

These are a do-over.

I've done a few with just cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and dusted with Hatch Chile seasoning. They were really nice. Never tried with shrimp but you just talked me into it.

Chuck I thought it would be seasoned too but she refused.
Kinda was good as is.
However I will add some to half the next batch.
Maybe Old Bay?
Maybe some lime wedges on the side?
I dunno.
