A friend served me this kind of jalapeño popper the other week.
I liked it a lot and it was really simple to make but that didn’t stop her from asking me to help .
Cut a jalapeño in half length ways and spoon out the guts.
Fill with cream cheese, 2 large shrimp and wrap with bacon.
Smoke at 250f until done.
These are a do-over.
