Simple Pie

Flatbread, tomato from the garden, cooked chorizo, and cheese.





I added a big dollop of sour cream and it was the perfect extra touch.

Goldfinch hanging out on a sunflower to make up for so few pictures.

Sometimes simple is better. Even though we have a kettle pizza we still do pizzas the same way you did yours. Yes there is a difference but just grilling one still makes a tasty pie. Sometimes we make three or four cook them up then freeze a couple, makes for a quick dinner just heat and eat.
