Hi everybody,
We had a huge lunch today
so we wanted to have a light dinner...
I cooked a whole salmon trout and salmon steaks with french beans.
This was perfect on the Weber, like always, the skin was crispy and the flesh very tender.
Cooked with just olive oil and "fleur de sel".
I've putted some lemon slices, red onion slices and rosemary inside the salmon trout...
Some black olive tapenade on top of the fish... wonderful...
The french beans... Very simple with a butter nut and "fleur de sel...
That was a very simple, healthy and tasty barbecue... I love my Genesis
