Sidewinder?


 
Yah, I sams club grill cleaner all my boxes. It won't take off any of the cookbox paint unless you use a household steel wool and scrub really hard. If it does come off, then it was peeling anyway.

I use the Rustoleum high heat flat black, but you can use the High Heat Ultra semi gloss as well.
 
One option is to use high heat gray primer and then coat with satin (or gloss if you want) high heat clear. There is no perfect solution for keeping the gray parts on these grills the original color. That would be my preference, so I am willing to compromise with something somewhat close like primer gray. Others here have done some nice custom work using high heat black.
 
Oh, yah, duh, I forgot the E3xx series have the gray end caps and table ends. Yep, I don't think anyone has found a real close high temp solution for that. But, black still looks good on them.
