Sidewinder Squash

It's the time of year for squash and did these on the side burner of Weber Gold gasser. I cut up 2 slices of bacon into bits, brown in CI skillet and then add 5 to 6 sliced squash and cook on high heat with lid.

The picture doesn't do it justice but the flavor profile was great, it had that seared, char just right on them. NO leftovers.

 
I also do a squash cook where I slice thick, S&P, put in ziploc with EVO and then just grill, flip and eat. Very short prep and cook time.
