Shrimp Burritos

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Seasoned some shrimp in some Chili seasoning, cumin and black pepper for about an hour.

Roasted some frozen sweet corn in a CI skillet


Shrimp on a FireWire and cooked direct




Burrito sized flour tortilla warmed up on the grill


To the burrito I added sour cream. Spanish rice, roasted corn, black beans, the shrimp, Sriacha sauce. Pico de gallo was added to but I forgot it when I took the pic.


Plated with some of the black beans and Spanish Rice.
