Shoulder and Ribs

Did a pork shoulder and spare ribs on bottom rack and some beef ribs on the top rack this past weekend. Moved the pork shoulder and spares to the top after the beef ribs finished up. Unfortunately no cooked pics of any of the pork lol. The taste on the pork spare ribs were superb, I think I've got my rub to just where I like it. The shoulder, spare ribs and 1 beef rack were all done with my home made rub and the other beef rack was just dalmationed salt and pepper.
