Short Ribs

Attempting short ribs for the first time. Here is about 2.5 hrs into the smoke. Will put them in a foil pan with beef broth at about 165 degrees and let them finish there for tonights dinner. WSM has been running steady around 235. Working remote aint so bad!

Those are coming along nicely! I made them for the first time this summer, too. The wife has been asking for them again.
