Hello again friends!
Today I made some potatoes i usaully would not consider trying. I found the recipe here. Pretty simple stuff. And i got to use my mandoline.

I skipped the bacon cuz i had none (i did eet it all up over the weekend making those awesome chestnut-bacon-goodness stuff)

while the spuds were cookin', i seasoned two nice sized chicken breasts with BBQ3000 + Penzey's salt-free Adobo seasonings.

after an hour or so on the grill, i removed the foil from the taters...

that chicken looks good! it looks over-seasoned but i know you used the salt-free. the taters look good. i just bought a block o' cheddar so might have to try those.

Thank you Becky

the potatoes were good, i will certainly make them again.
and the CBs do look over-seasoned butt the flavour of the spices seemed just right and very little salt included. Very tender chicken breast...
it was... how the Brits say..."It was Sssmashing!

50 lashes with Mad's slobbered on duk for no chicken on the grill shots

The CB's look terrific Jim, but Holeytubers! the spuds almost stole the show!
I can see me making these soon, but with bacon

Killer pics my friend!

Here's a little different variation on grilled taters that my family really likes. grilled potato and onion packets
That's how I normally do them Jim H, but with butter instead of olive oil.

Bob, I mix butter & EVOO 50/50 and I use rosemary instead of thyme when I make these.

Nice looking meal Jim.

But you're really killing me by showing all this good Wisconsin beer I can't get here.

I'm going to have to make another beer pilgrimage soon I think.

looks great - I like your setup you got going up there. I like the LED lights(or what ever they are) running the inside parameter. Mood lighting!

Looks great Jim! And thanks for the potatoe dish recipe.(will try this ofc)

One question? The recipe calls for real bacon and nothing but real...What do you have over there that replicates Bacon?

Please allow me to answer this one Jim.
