Second WSM cook - Chicken Thighs

For my second cook I made BBQ Chicken Thighs on my 22.5" WSM.

I vacuum marinated the meat for 24 hours then sprinkled them with rub before I cooked them.

Great moisture and taste.

Great job, thighs look terrific.

How long did your cook take? I see you cooked them low and slow, by the looks of the thermometer.
