Last week I cooked the most amazing tri tip in the rain. Unfortunately,I didn't get a single pic! But it really did happen! But I made up for it this week! A 1.4 pound tri from Earth fare,our new favorite place to get meat.

Liberally seasoned with 3 Beer BBQ rub we picked up a couple weeks ago.

And,indirect on the Genesis. About 45 minutes,flipped after 20 and the middle burner turned to low.

And after a 10 minute rest! Cooked to a perfect medium,these are so buttery and tender! Last weeks was over cooked,to medium well,and was still juicy and buttery tender! I could burn myself out on these real quick! Thanks for looking!
