Second time around this board for me. Had a 22.5 WSM and did many company functions and parties with it. Managed to even win a couple of cook-offs with my ribs. Unfortunately a 22.5 WSM is bit of a load for just 2 people so I sold it and tried to "adapt" my kettle and / or my Genesis to handle smoking. Guess what..neither beats a WSM, so when I pressured the wife to do her Pizza on the Grill I have been hearing about for years and her reply was "I need smoked chicken breast" I went searching. I have had failures of temperature with both Charbroil and Brinkmann electrics during cooler months so decided to try the 14 inch WSM. Has just been ordered, but considering my past 22.5 WSM experience I figure it will all be good. Nice to be home again.
