Thanks for the great advice and info that I was able to gather from these forums. I did my second cook on my WSM this past weekend, and to say that we were happy with the results isn't quite enough. Everyone ripped into this pulled pork like it was candy, the neighbors loved it, the kids loved it, and the dog practically passed out just from the smell.
