Hello Everybody,
Even though I haven't had anything to post for a while I read the board every day.
I made a pork butt a couple of weeks ago that everyone said was the best ever. I started using French's Sweet Onion Mustard to hold the rub on. It seems to give a slightly unique flavor that is very good.
Here's wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
