Hello gang! Just ordered my 18.5 wsm yesterday and now the wait begins. I did read on this site to use the amazon link as it benefits the board and did just that. Already stocked with charcoal and wood. Have the gloves and chimney on order as well. Anything else you guys think is a must have for a noob? Really enjoy reading the forum and look forward to being able to contribute in some way. Also really looking forward to cooking that first butt on the smoker. Now, off to work .
