Scotch Eggs over Biscuits with Sawmill Gravy

Dwain, you can pass a plate of that anytime awesome ! Yes Alton is a little out there but he does come up with some good ideas.

just a few questions...

1. How do you partially hard boil an egg?

2. AB is the Man... Only real cook I have done his recipes with some from Paula Deen..

3. Sawmill gravy .. aka Sausage Gravy aka Milk Gravy aka Liquid Dynomite.... Is just awesome... Not really a question, just pointing that out... Just a History lesson in my lifetime, I had Milk Gravy made with bacon grease and crumbled bacon added on top... Sausage gravy was never a Favorite... I make more Sausage Gravy but still go back to the Bacon when I can...

I will have to try... How long did you cook for?

I like hard boiled eggs. I soft boiled these (aka "partially" boiled them) because I knew they were going to cook more inside the sausage. I didn't time them. Maybe 3-4 min each.

I really didn't time the whole cook. Just until golden brown.

That last picture sorta looks like dogfood, but I would sure like to try some of that. Had heard of Scotch eggs but never seen em.
Now I wonder if I smoked the eggs first.........

That looks incredible. I'm about to have a whole bunch of sausage in my fridge/freezer and this looks incredible!
