Scampi pizza

So I made some shrimp scampi and turned it into a pizza. Tasty.

Sauce was 1+C ricotta, homemade pesto, Romano, and half the scampi sauce mixed in.


Dough, rested.


Par-cooked the dough for about 2 minutes. The topped with sauce, shrimp, sausage, fontina, Romano.



Cooked.


Bottom.


Served.

Do you chop up the shrimp a bit before placing them in the sauce/on the pie?

Yeah. I do a normal scampi cook, then I cut the shrimp. Fwiw, this was 12, cleaned medium shrimp. I ate two of them first
