So here's the final results of the pork we smoked on Saturday night for Sunday to chop and pull for tacos.

After the pork butt was done I added more charcoal around 10:00 and got 2 slabs of ribs on. Smoked used apple and cherry

After a few hours they were done.

Mean while I worked on beef tacos on the CI disk

Monday morning Maribel and I went for breakfast and got a hot and spicy shrimp soup
