Saturday Steak Sammie

[SE Davis]

With the wife out shopping for the evening I was left to my own devices. I found some thin cut sirloin for a buck at the grocery. Did a quick marinade in Yoshida's garlic and black pepper sauce and fired up the gasser.




Plated on garlic sourdough with provolone, grilled onions and hot banana peppers.

And a little attitude adjustment.
