Jim - I had an eventful Saturday, as well, as I watched the game with my wife and a few friends up in a mountain retreat here in Idaho and we could NOT believe my eyes! What an EXCITING win for you guys!!
Oh, and although I didn't get to smoke up there, I DID get to drink a lot of high-octane beer I brought along for the trip.
AMAZING LOOKING ribs!! I'm getting hungry for some and cannot wait for Friday to roll around, when I'll be smoking a rack of my own.
