My apologies in advance for no plated shots. We had guests over for dinner, so I had to serve the ribs immediately. Normally if it's just my family, they're sitting at the table, rolling their eyes with their arms crossed while I photograph plated shots from various angles.

Anyway, I had two smokers running today, with spares on the Performer and baby backs on the WSM. The spares were seasoned with Jack's Old South rub, smoked with cherry + apple + hickory, and glazed with some homemade sauce. The baby backs were seasoned with only salt & pepper, smoked with the same woods, and sprinkled with some Memphis-style dry rub just before serving.

Unfortunately, I was only able to take pictures of the spares. Here we go...
