That is on FINE looking steak dinner but am wondering if you ever get a bitter taste searing a steak with that much garlic on it?

Haven't tasted bitterness in years John I've actually mellowed out a bit with age.
Seriously, I press the minced garlic into the meat to help soak up some juices from the garlic.... most of the garlic falls off once on the grill.

Mr. Fuzz is looking fine...
