Saturday Night Pizza

We thought we would try pizza again tonight. We have had mixed results in the past. With a couple of tips from Bob Sample we nailed this one pretty good. Here are the photos from the cook. We cooked one cheese and one combo pizza. We cheated and used pre-baked crusts.

Thanks to everyone who gave us advice to improve our pizza. It turned out really good with crisp but not burned crust. It smelled like a pizza parlor in our back yard tonight. Thanks for looking!

Those look wonderful. Barb and I are trying different dough's now (the one we used last night was just wrong) mind tell us what you used, I know the were prebaked but curious as to store bought or not.

Nice looking pies right there. Bet they were good!
Might have to give pizza on the grill another chance.

Rich they are called Mama Mary's and we got them at Albertsons. Our favorite dough is Barb's great recipe but we got a late start on the project and didn't have time.

Thanks Robert I would like to try those, but the two Albertsons here in town closed down when they were bought out by Haggens, which opened both stores under their name then closed them both in less than a month.
