Saturday Night Brats

I decided to do some Brats with Stewed Spicy Peppers. Just had left overs from the other night to go along with them. Here are some pic's.

Here's most of the ingredients.



Peppers and onions on the grill.



Pepper mixture getting there.



Brats on the grill on direct and pepper mixture moved to indirect.



Brats getting done.



Brats in the pepper mixture all on indirect.



Buns getting a toast. Will use smaller buns next time. They were nice and deep for stuffing, but too long.



Completely done and off the grill.



Plated and ready to eat.
