Saturday Meat Fest

Now that's what I call a meat fest! How many people did you feed? Did your brisket turn out well?
14 of us, but we always do a big cook for leftovers. The burnt ends were incredible, but I must admit that the brisket flat was a little dry. Shout out to Rod Gray from Pellet Envy in Kansas who’s sauce save the day!
 
James, that's a killer feast you cooked up! And I love your patio setup.....is that shed just for your bbq stuff? ;)

TY! Sometimes I think we appreciate the backyard more than the barbecue! Weather permitting, Lisa and I spend a lot of time outside. Here are a couple of pics from the rest of the backyard.
