I tried another chicken in the kettle Saturday. I cooked at 350 until the thigh hit 170. I used olive oil and Kickin Chicken for the seasoning on top of a can of miller lite. I'm not convinced the beer makes a difference but figured I'd give it a go.

Threw some asparagus on for the first time, they finished with a nice char and were pretty good.
