Hazard a guess: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, coarse black pepper, pink curing salt, whole thyme??

This is the first time I’ve used pink salt but it does make a nice photo! I adjust the sugar amount based on salt so it varies between 1/3 to sometimes 2/3 of a cup.

Finished product with some recycled containers and beer stickers!
