wow, that was a quick price drop, a couple weeks ago it was near $8 a pound at our Sams. But that did not last long and it dropped to $4 something.

I've got packer in the freezer but I may have to make my way to Sams.

Yep, can't even find hamburger or chuck roast for that price.
Quick note they had quite a few marked down to $2.00 LB.
Lady said it was because of Fathers day.

I picked up some of these at a Sams in Tennessee; I normally shop in Kentucky. Completely forgot that TN has tax on food, but even so the price was still good. Thanks for posting the price!

Went to Sams this morning, prime brisket $2.98 a pound. They had a 24 pounder, I can't imagine how long it would take to smoke that behemoth. But they also had several 12 and 13 pounders and I came close to buying one but I no longer see the urgency. And I've got one in the freezer now.

Prime ribeye was $16.50 . Still too rich for my blood..
