Bob, used the mandolin to cut them thick, washed them, dried them, lightly coated them with EVOO and on a cookie rack in a pan... roasted them at 400ºF until crispy (about 1 hour)...please tell me more about the potato chips in the oven. Do they get crispy?
Ray, nothing on the onions except Extra Virgin Olive Oil. That's it.What did ytou add to the onions? Butter? Any other seasonings? I want to try this. Ray
