Salmon

I am going to do some salmon today. But the only wood I have is apple, cherry, hickory, and sugar maple. I goes it brining is salt water right now "I never really liked the brown sugar brine" I just like plain smoked salmon.
Can anyone help me pick out some wood??
 
I would pick apple, although I'm a huge fan of sugar maple on pork. I don't think you can go wrong with either. Take pics!
