Got some Salmon on sale, and wanted to try out a new bottle of
Honey Balsamic Vinegar I picked up last week.
Salmon marinating in the Balsamic with some minced Ginger and Garlic.
Tossed some Brussell Sprouts in a little EVOO, S&P:
(Have not had Sprouts since 1959, (age of 6) and I cried cause they made me eat them(boiled to death).

Plated and ready to eat:
Was really tasty, and the grilled sprouts did not make me cry, which is a good thing - they are
far tastier grilled than they are boiled to death.
