Sad News in the Hockey World

It appears another legend has slipped away. The world of Hockey has lost the great "Golden Jet" Bobby Hull. :(
 
Very sad news indeed😒between him and teammate Stan Mikita they perfected the first curved hockey stick🏒 .
Just last week I was telling my grandson who just started playing hockey and received #9 on his hockey jersey that in my day you had to fight to get #9 on your hockey jersey , a few famous hockey players have worn that # 9 including Bobby Hull .

Still remember being at a game in old Chicago Stadium. Bobby was beginning to lose his hair and had a decidedly "shiny" spot. They were announcing the players and they announced the "Golden Jet" Bobby Hull and suddenly heard some guy in the stadium yell out "Bald Eagle". The whole pace was roaring with laughter. Even Bobby. They were all great guys
