Pork steaks and potatoes life is good. Tony about how long did it take to cook the meal?

Total time about 45 min. Including getting the charcoal ready. The pork steaks were thin. I had the potato packet on at the start of the cook.

The pork steaks look great Tony. I like your idea of the small foil pans for the potatoes. Do you reuse your pans?

Very nice looking quick meal Tony!!! Thick cut pork steaks seem to be hard to come by here too it seems. I either get country style ribs or ask the meat guy to cut me some.
