After recently sampling a 1kg rump roast in a steak restaurant (which was very nice) i thought i may be able to better it with rotisserie and Charcoal
Starting off with some smoke

Enough smoke switch to lump

Add sum Spuds



Thirsty work this

Took it off @ 145f double foil wrapped into cooler for an hour,temp climbed a little higher than i wanted while resting but was still tender.......i was right Charcoal beat the restaurant hands down!
