RS Chicken cook

I did RSC yesterday for a surprise Sweet 16 B-day party for our Niece. I didn't get many detailed pictures as Bob Correll's RSC cook, but here's a couple of before and after shots. 12 Leg quarters fit just right on the top grate, 22 WSM/no pan/high heat method. The grate is so far above the coals don't have to worry about the flare ups this way.



Smokin away, I used a combo of KBB and Frontier Lump w/acoupla Apple chunks in the mix.





Chicken tasted great and almost fall apart tender.
