Rotisserie question

I have a 2015 performer and Weber rotisserie. When I use the roti, it sits so either the spit handle or the motor blocks the lid holder.

Do newer Weber rotisseries still do this?

I'm sure they do. Rotate the rotisserie ring 90*.
