Rotisserie Question


 
There must be something in the air! I have been thinking the same thing, weather? Hey, it's covered!
This is when I wish I had the basket for the roti!
 
Many books and instructions show it that way. One is that it allows excess fat to drip off away from the coals. Also look at almost all rotisserie set ups and you will find the fire at one side. The science behind it is beyond me. Its how I have done it. But there is nothing in the world that says you can't do it any other way.
