Hey guys, in prep for the Snowmaggedon in Atlanta, we're smoking some ribs on the WSM. Using Publix lump, and a few pieces of white oak. It's about 30 degrees outside, and it's been rolling grey smoke for over 2 hours now. It doesn't smell that smoky, but it certainly looks like it. Could it possibly be just steam from the water bowl that I'm mistaking for actual smoke??
