Roast Beef Sandwiches

[John Solak]

Bottom Round roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and cooked over Mesquite with a chunk of Almond wood added in. My rotisserie has been OOC since I lost my motor and finally got a replacement. Boy do I miss it.
Roast on!!

Cooked till 125 internal

Some tater tots deep frying in the wok

Ran the roast through the slicer

Toasted some buns and added mild cheddar on a couple and pepper jack cheese on one.

My plate. The sauce is some mock Arby's sauce I found the recipe on the net and we just love it. Boy did I miss my rotisserie and this meal!!
