How’s the rub! I’ve only tried Meat Church’s stuff twice, one was the fajita seasoning and don’t recall the other off hand, and found both overly salty.

First time to use this rub. My go to is the Meat Church Gospel. Yes, full, basically untrimmed, spare ribs. Not my first choice but the price was right.
