Good grief those ribs look massive

How’s the rub! I’ve only tried Meat Church’s stuff twice, one was the fajita seasoning and don’t recall the other off hand, and found both overly salty.

How’s the rub! I’ve only tried Meat Church’s stuff twice, one was the fajita seasoning and don’t recall the other off hand, and found both overly salty.

First time to use this rub. My go to is the Meat Church Gospel. Yes, full, basically untrimmed, spare ribs. Not my first choice but the price was right.

Cut off half a rack for dinner. The rest are still running at 225. Pretty good but not enough fat rendered at 6 hours.

I like the Cherry as well. First run with them today and I really like them.
