Picked up these rips at Walmart for about eight dollars a slab trim them down Squared them off just used a homemade rub smoke them for about two hours sprayed them with apple juice melted butter every 20 Wrap them for about 45 minutes unwrap them Glazed them with some barbecue sauce about 15 to 20 minutes

Looks awesome. I go through a similar process with ribs. Smoke for 2; wrap for 3 (apple juice, butter, honey); smoke for 1with sauce for the last 30.

Looks great I’m smoking racks now but y’all gotta be a great bunch using the awesome Corelle. Did you ever know just how cool that pattern is? I’m puttin my ribs on ours tooonight!
