I have started a catering service offering Down Home Comfort Foods, BBQ, & Desserts. I'm also selling homemade BBQ Sauce & Rubs. Everybody is ordering Ribs. Business is pretty good considering I just started 2 weeks ago. I've posted plenty of Rib cooks so I'll spare you the boredom of looking at another one. I do appreciate the kind words & support all of you have given. I get inspired & get a lot of good ideas from all of you.
