Ribs on the menu

I forgot which one had the Honey Bacon BBQ and which one had honey Hog .

Switch the ribs so the other one is on the coal side and gave a quick apple cider- Worcestershire/ water spritz.
Bones are just starting to pull back.

Your kettle looks brand new! I'm sure the ribs will be great.
I have a Weber Performer Deluxe 2015.
This Crimson one is brand new, this is only my 2nd cook on this one.
I received the lid & bowl as a warranty replacement because my Performer Deluxe had some chipped porcelain near the lid bail.
I repaired the porcelain high heat paint.

I used the new bowl and lid and put it in a standard Performer cart (found a used one on FB for a hell of a deal.
I posted a thread on the kettle swap.

Here are my other Webers

I do keep my Webers cleaned and covered. Things stay nice when you take care of them. These Webers will last for decades when taken care of.

Wow! Noce looking ribs.

Doing a slab of St. Louis ribs today and was debating on whether to use the pellet pooper or kettle. After seeing your ribs, the kettle definitely gets the nod.
