Ribs in 30 minutes

Actually, not 30 minutes total, just 30 minutes to go. They've been on for 5-1/2 hours. Just came out of a 2 hour apple juice wrapped in foil period 30 minutes ago. Held the temp between 230 and 240. Oh I can hardly wait. Used Chucken **** Rub that my wife picked up in Northern Wisconsin this past Spring. Wife made corn muffins, baked beans, and sweet potato fries for the sides. My name is Dave, not Famous Dave.

Way to set a hook Dave! Thirty more minutes would not have made me stop on the dime I did. I want to see the shots of sides!
