Actually, not 30 minutes total, just 30 minutes to go. They've been on for 5-1/2 hours. Just came out of a 2 hour apple juice wrapped in foil period 30 minutes ago. Held the temp between 230 and 240. Oh I can hardly wait. Used Chucken **** Rub that my wife picked up in Northern Wisconsin this past Spring. Wife made corn muffins, baked beans, and sweet potato fries for the sides. Way to set a hook Dave! Thirty more minutes would not have made me stop on the dime I did. I want to see the shots of sides!
Oh, and the ribs look great!
I kind of want some ribs now.
