Ribs for some family in town

My brother and his GF came to Texas, and she had never had ribs before. Made 3 types: salt/pepper with stubbs original, a Indian seasoning one, and a ghost pepper style. They came out good, made pulled them 10min too early.

Thanks yall, they tasted great, just a tad sticking to the bone, but very happy. Surprisingly the ghost pepper doesn't hold its intense heat well when smoking, and I've found when paired with a citrus seasoning it tastes great

They look good Jon, nice job!

I prefer them like you made them, with a little bite to get them off of the bone, but for company, I usually make them "fall off the bone", just because that's what they are expecting and that's what they think that they want.
