Ribs for some family in town


 
Thanks yall, they tasted great, just a tad sticking to the bone, but very happy. Surprisingly the ghost pepper doesn't hold its intense heat well when smoking, and I've found when paired with a citrus seasoning it tastes great
 
They look good Jon, nice job!

I prefer them like you made them, with a little bite to get them off of the bone, but for company, I usually make them "fall off the bone", just because that's what they are expecting and that's what they think that they want.
