Ribs/Chicken Tailgate timing

Plan on doing some tailgating in a couple of weeks for the Broncos/Chargers game. Game is at 2:00. I would like to cook up a couple racks of ribs and a couple whole chickens. What do you think if I got all the meat cooked by 11:30, wraped in foil, held until about 12:30 and then reheated on a kettle in the parking lot? Anybody see any issues with that? I was thinking the ribs might get mushy in sitting in the foil but if I throw it on the kettle before serving I would think they might firm up. Any thoughts?

If your finishing cooking at 11:30, are you eating about 12:30? If so im sure the food will still be hot if you wrap in foil to hold. Your ribs shouldnt get to mushy wrapped in foil as long as they are off the heat.

Ya we plan on getting there around 12:00 then it will probably take about 20 to fire up some coals to heat everything back up. So I would think we would be eating between 12:30 - 1:00.
