Ribs + chicken on WSM

I'm gonna try a rack of baby backs and two chickens tomorrow on the WSM. I haven't tried ribs yet and was wondering if I should start them both at the same time or should the ribs go on first. I'd like for the food to all be done around the same time.

It really depends on the heat and how you are cooking the chickens. Are you cooking them whole?

My ribs take 5-6 hours. Thighs, 2.5 on the bottom rack. I cook at 275-300.
